Fine for at home job
I only bought this to tide me over until I can get a professional job done. I needed something quick and easy. My biggest complaint is that the sponge piece fell off after a few paint strokes. I thought no big deal, it comes with another one. I was very gentle with the second one, and despite that, it fell off almost instantly. Very annoying and I think my rims would look better had the application been easier. But it’s fine for now.

This product was an expensive and worked really well. I was very upset when I scratched my black rims on my new Volkswagen shortly after getting the car. I came across this product and figured why not try it. Could not look worse than it did. I wish I had taken a before picture. The instructions are not super specific but with a little common sense you can get good results. The instructions give you the basics. Make sure you tape off the area and lightly sand it with the provided sanding block so it is pretty smooth. Try to make the paint as even as possible with single strokes. and then wait till it dries and then remove the tape after painting.At first I was not so happy as it looked obvious to me. Well I ended up doing was using a very fine buffing pad to smooth out the edges so you could not see the difference in paint thickness. Then I buffed it with a microfiber towel and some paint clarifying compound and it made a beautiful result. It’s not perfect and if you look closely you can see a little bit. But no one is going to look for it or notice it unless you tell him exactly where it is

Delicate tip/double check your color
Tip is delicate so don’t apply any pressure when painting.This particular color was too dark but looks close in the picture.Great communication with vendor after purchase.

Yesterday was beautiful outside so I plopped down next to my car in the driveway and followed the instructions all by myself. (I am proud because I usually push everything into my husband to do haha!) It was super easy and no one can where the curbed part was. Worked amazing!!!

Good for price
Solid option for touching up wheels. I got the gloss black and, while not perfect, it does the job. I don’t think you could do more than one wheel depending on how bad the scuffs are, but for the price I’m happy with the results!

Cheap and easy fix!
Product comes with directions that are easy to follow, all the materials needed and was very simple to apply. Paint color is a perfect match! The paint does dry quickly so you need to work fast. After a few trial and errors, I used a small paint brush to glide the paint on which seemed to work better. I would suggest this for minor curb rashes, but not for major damage.

Good, cheap fix!
After reading the reviews I was skeptical but I decided to give it a try, I was not disappointed! It didn’t wash off in the car wash and it disguises the scratches to those who don’t know they are there! The color matched perfectly and I was really impressed.I did the “repairs” at 2 different times so I included the damage picture and followed by the “repaired” picture for each rim. I have metal rims so I couldn’t buff it all the way flat without wearing down too much metal but I was able to cover the bright silver color that was exposed to camouflage the damage!

Works Great As Intended
You really can't trust reviews anymore especially without pictures. Not sure if these people dont know how to apply the product correctly or expect the wheels to look like brand new (sorry that will be a lot more expensive). I have a new Mustang and if it's good enough for me and my wheels then it should be for anyone. I completely rashed practically the entire wheel and was about to go get it professionally redone for about $200. Decided to try this and love the results on matte black (satin) wheels. Nobody can even tell I curbed the entire thing. Look at the pictures results tell you themselves
Why Auto Dealers Don't Offer This Wheel Touch-Up Kit
Dealers won't offer anything like this because they can't charge $150. to refinish your wheel. For minor damage or touch up it doesn't get any better. Easy to use.
Money saver
I almost had a heart attack when I scratched my rim on my car and thinking how much it would cost to replace it. Very happy that I found this product and it worked like a champ. Can't even notice that anything happened to the rim unless I point out out. Very happy with the product and highly recommend.
