Dit a good repair job.
Easy to use. Just be sure to clean the area on your wheels at least 3 " on each side of the scrape. You can only see bad scrapes after the repair if you get about 6" from them.
Wipe away the scars and put on the shine.
Nice kit with all needed to make repair.

This product was an expensive and worked really well. I was very upset when I scratched my black rims on my new Volkswagen shortly after getting the car. I came across this product and figured why not try it. Could not look worse than it did. I wish I had taken a before picture. The instructions are not super specific but with a little common sense you can get good results. The instructions give you the basics. Make sure you tape off the area and lightly sand it with the provided sanding block so it is pretty smooth. Try to make the paint as even as possible with single strokes. and then wait till it dries and then remove the tape after painting.At first I was not so happy as it looked obvious to me. Well I ended up doing was using a very fine buffing pad to smooth out the edges so you could not see the difference in paint thickness. Then I buffed it with a microfiber towel and some paint clarifying compound and it made a beautiful result. It’s not perfect and if you look closely you can see a little bit. But no one is going to look for it or notice it unless you tell him exactly where it is

Seems to work!
Fixed up few in hes of curb rash, not perfect but better than original damage, less noticeable. Good fix the the price!

I am so happy, I’m in tears. I was really really tired 2 weeks ago and didn’t quite turn enough out of my work parking lot and I curbed my black rim BADLY. My anxiety was killing at me every time I looked at my rim. I read one of the first reviews from a gal that used it on her Tesla rim that looked to be the same color as my Ford Fusion rim.Yesterday was beautiful outside so I plopped down next to my car in the driveway and followed the instructions all by myself. (I am proud because I usually push everything into my husband to do haha!) It was super easy and no one can where the curbed part was. Worked amazing!!!

It's not a pro fix but heck it's not noticeable unless you point it out. It does the job. Now I read a review were my fellow American was complaining about it not opening. Dude read the tube! It says twist right to open lol.

Have to admit I was skeptical about this product...After doing some research decided to try this...Every thing you need for the repair is INCLUDED in the box: Sanding block, Alcohol Wipes, Masking Tape, and the product...Directions were very simple...work on a clean surface, tape the tire (tape did not stick like I wanted so I used an old thin box and wedged it around the tire) Sand the area (sand block has different grit, start with the course and move your way down) I used a microfiber cloth to remove the dust (don't have to) then I used the alcohol wipe to prep...Brush on a THIN coat of the product, waited an hour and applied a second coat...that's all I needed...you can apply a third coat...I was not able to see the scratch...Great product for the money...

Nice kit
I had about a 6 inch rim rash on a curb on my black 20" rim. The kit works better than expected, an the black gloss paint matched well. fully recommend for basic defects.

Helped us sell our card easier
We were worried about selling our 2018 Rav 4. It had never been in an accident but as you know, with driving a vehicle comes some scrapes and bruises. This did great with those.
What Scratch?
Extremely easy to use, high gloss finish matches my OEM wheels on my ‘22 Camaro 1SS Redline Edition.

Follow the instructions!! I thought the sanding block was too coarse, but it is perfect for alloy wheels. Make you color choice carefully…and if you do - you’ll be delighted. Sand it back to a smooth finish. - use the alcohol cloth to clean the area and apply. So good

Good, cheap fix!
After reading the reviews I was skeptical but I decided to give it a try, I was not disappointed! It didn’t wash off in the car wash and it disguises the scratches to those who don’t know they are there! The color matched perfectly and I was really impressed.I did the “repairs” at 2 different times so I included the damage picture and followed by the “repaired” picture for each rim. I have metal rims so I couldn’t buff it all the way flat without wearing down too much metal but I was able to cover the bright silver color that was exposed to camouflage the damage!

It Works
If you take the time to follow the instructions, you are careful and perhaps go over the filing section at least twice on your damaged rim, you may have fairly satisfactory results. That's what I did and I was relatively pleased. It's not perfect, but from a touchup standpoint, unless there is close inspection, the coloring process turned out okay on the rim: the color matches well and the rough spots are smoothed out.

Pretty impressive for a cheap and quick fix, worth the $20

My rims had deep curb rash and it turned out pretty good, considering it’s a cheap and quick alternative to getting it done professionally. Make sure you sand it enough to where it’s not too rough to the touch before applying the paint. I applied 2 coats and it looked pretty good. I suppose if it’s really bad you can put 3 coats make sure you let it dry for about 15 min after each coat! I found the tip of the pen works better after the first coat cuz it seems like it’s just smearing the paint with the mini brush tip and not really adhering to the rim.

Works Great As Intended
You really can't trust reviews anymore especially without pictures. Not sure if these people dont know how to apply the product correctly or expect the wheels to look like brand new (sorry that will be a lot more expensive). I have a new Mustang and if it's good enough for me and my wheels then it should be for anyone. I completely rashed practically the entire wheel and was about to go get it professionally redone for about $200. Decided to try this and love the results on matte black (satin) wheels. Nobody can even tell I curbed the entire thing. Look at the pictures results tell you themselves

This stuff works great ! I’ve never painted anything in my life or cared to lol but I have a new fusion with black rims and I unfortunately hit a curb and my anxiety has been up every since! I’m so happy I found this gem it was easy to use I didn’t even file it down , only thing I will say is the tape doesn’t stick whatsoever lolSo yeah but I used the brush tip side and it covered my scratches perfect! I’m very happy with this purchase and hope that it lasts and don’t come offLol 10/10 from Me!
